    I brought my 2019 Ford Edge to Shrum's to get the torque converter repaired. It wasn't repaired as quickly as they had originally thought so I had to get a rental. When I picked up the car there was a crack in the windshield as well as the steering was loose. A few days later I was driving on the interstate the bottom of my car started to fall off. I had to call a tow and take it to another shop for repair. The shop that repaired it told me that the skid plate was falling off, they also told me that they found the bolt for my steering column under the driver side floormat. I decided to have the shop that found the issue fix the problem and just be done with Shrum's. I was recently told that the transmission in my car is going out again when I contacted Shrum's they told me that it was past the 12 months 12,000 mile warranty so there was nothing they would do. On the website it says 18 months 18,000 miles for transmission work.

      We spoke with **** ******** and told her we would look at her vehicle. She mentioned the warranty and we said it is 12\12000 warranty. She replied the Website says 18-18000 which on some units is applicable, not hers. It is on the invoice the warranty she has.
