    Our party wishes we had read previous negative reviews before renting snowmobiles from this rental. Please note the following before you give them your credit card information.
    * The trails are not groomed or marked properly. All trails are two way and very narrow. If you want to call them “trails”, they are full of hidden dead tree debris so snowmobiles go over them trying to narrowly pass others.
    * They are interested in making money and provided little to no safety demonstrations. We had to repeatedly ask for proper helmet assistance for the child in the party. We also had to yell over the engines to ask for assistance as the “employees” ran off to have a snowball fight.
    * This business does not provide Insurance so rakes in top dollar for any “damage” they find. Take your own pics of your machine before leaving and returning! If you think or know you ran over something along the trail it is definitely a must to take your own pics.
    * They conveniently have a mechanic onsite that goes off to a location customers are not allowed to go to inspect machines afterwards and comes back to verbally state damage. No pics or visuals are provided. It is your word against theirs. You also will not know if it is even your machine that they are claiming damage on as it is not inspected until after you have left the area where the machines are located.
    * If you choose this company, please make sure to view the huge poster in the waiting area of how many hundreds of dollars each repair is. You most likely will be paying some of these fees as the trails are conveniently pretty crappy.
    * The couple that came in behind us also had damage to both of their machines so imagine the killing this place is making off of customers each day with poor trails and no insurance.
    * This company is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau of Colorado.
