I moved my fifth wheel trailer to Greeley RV Park 3/12 in order to begin working in the area. My work location changed to Morrison, CO shortly thereafter so I moved my trailer again on 3/31.

Upon move in, I paid a $300 security deposit, prorated rent for the month of March, and was given a move-in credit of $200.

When I left, the manager informed me that I had forfeited my security deposit due to not having stayed 30 days. When I showed her a copy of her own rules and policies mentioning none of these occupation requirements, she changed her story and retroactively retracted the move in credit in order to retain the security deposit.

I requested any paperwork from move in with my signature on it, and it has not been provided as I believe it will prove that the park is not being honest and is illegally retaining my deposit.

The park owes me $198.04, which is the security deposit less the utility bill.

    Hello,

Greg Misiak moved in on 3/12/2024 at the monthly stay rate of $740 per month plus electric, we had a $200 move in special going on for 30 day monthly stays. Greg abruptly moved out on April 1st with no notice. He had already been charged for April rent and payment was withdrawn, we refunded the April payment and moved Greg out of the system. Greg did not stay for 30 days and therefore could not take advantage of the monthly rate with move in special. Greg has now been charged our weekly rate which in total for his 19 day stay was $812.25 which is equivalent to $42.75 per day. His $300 deposit was applied to his account's balance due. Greg is still owing a remaining balance of $336.77. As a courtesy we have written off this balance due.

    Thank you,

    Greeley RV Management
