      Allo Fiber did boaring down my street to install their cable for the neighborhood. This took over a month to complete and Allo made multiple holes in my front yard. I spoke to the supervisor (*****) about the damages and was told everything would be put back like it was. He also told me to reach out to him if I had any other ********* the end of the install, Allo installed a ground box that's about 2ft by 3ft in the front corner of my grass. They also moved a sprinkler head to do so. There is still grass completely around the box in the ground, but now the sprinkler head was moved and can't cover that section of grass. I will also have to add sprinkler heads to my front yard because the new sprinkler head location won't reach the area it originally was made to. The landscape in the area was also moved around and not put back. I had a boulder in my front tree lawn that ended up several ft on the other side of the sidewalk. I also have track ruts in my tree lawn from the mini x used. I tried calling ***** 3 times afterwards starting on November 22nd. I left multiple voicemails and I sent him texts with photos. My last text on November 25th asked for an update. ***** never called or messaged me back. I would like for **** to pay for the landscape repairs I will have to do myself. I will have to landscape around the box installed, as well as add at least one more sprinkler head. The area that was dug up will also have to be re seeded or have a piece of sod installed. I do have photos of everything to show.

      Hi ****, 

      Thank you for reaching out. Do you know what number is being called? I do get a lot of calls during the day, but don't get any voicemails. I also work during the week and am not home until after 5 most days, so I most likely was not home if someone came to visit. 

      I would like to meet someone at my home and go through what we have going on. I have a sprinkler that was relocated and is leaking. There is also a leak in my irrigation line from one of the hydro vac holes made. I would like to discuss Allo paying to have repairs done on my irrigation system, as well as the damages to my property. 

      I have damages to my front lawn, as well as the hard scape. I was told everything would be put back the way it was originally,  but that has not happened. I also spoke with the project manager and was told to reach out to him with any issues. I tried getting ahold of him multiple times, but he never called back or responded to my text messages. 

      The design of where items were installed could've been done in a way to avoid chopping into my lawn and causing all the issues. I was excited to see Allo coming into our neighborhood because I heard your service was great. After dealing with all the install issues, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and lack of care with installation.

      So the company was putting up cable for another customer and they asked to use my yard when they were in my yard they draped the cable over my fence which knocked it down it was an old fence to begin with. They told me they would not fix my fence because it was old that it's not their fault even though they're the ones who knocked the fence down doing their work. Now my dog gets out all the time cuz the fence is damaged.

      This email is an official response to the BBB Case # ******** dated November 8, 2022. 

      ALLO contacted the Greeley, Colorado resident and met with Mr. ****** on November 16, 2022.  Here are the notes from the meeting and pictures of the fix are attached.

      We discussed the fence condition and due to the deterioration of the fence post it doesn’t take much at all for something to push up on the fence and the post will break at the bottom. This section of the fence has looked like it had fallen away from his property and the neighbor propped up a pole to push it back at some point. The tree limbs have been growing thru the fence for some time never the less I worked with **** and removed the broken post and removed a post that wasn’t very secure. Installed a new fence post tied in the fence, straightened the second fence and tied it all back in together off the back fence post. I also put back up his metal fencing with new staples to the fence so to fully secure the corner so not to give his dogs a way to get thru like he tended to. **** is very happy with the work and so am I.
