    On August 22, 2024 and we signed our construction contract stating he will begin work 9/14 to finish 9/25. We paid by check a deposit which was half of the project funds Before he even started the job, he started emailing to delay. He emailed us on 9/9 and stated that he would be able to demo the bathroom on 9/14 & 9/15 as scheduled but he would be delayed because of another job and wouldn't be able to begin the rebuilding of the bathroom until 9/19. We agreed to proceed. The demolition invoice was itemized and he completed most of the demo on 9/14-15. However, he did not complete the entire job. We discussed that our tile was a lead glaze and he spoke of all the precautions he would take. He did NONE of that, we had lead dust EVERYWHERE in our bedroom, in our air vents, in our drain. On 9/18, we emailed him to confirm his start time on 9/19 as we had not heard from him. He replied to my email stating he would be delayed again at another project until 9/25. So on 9/22, we terminated his services via email and requested a refund of the balance for uncompleted work. We have not heard back except to reply he got the email. We are currently sitting with a demolished bathroom, no communication, and no response regarding the deposit. I do not recommended this individual at all.

    ***** ****** owner had a contract with me to install a wall-in shower, the contract stated 7 day installation, 11 weeks later after many excuses and short work days on his part, he walked off the job. He left the shower incomplete, he had his wife come and pick up his tools and tell me that she would be back the next day to pick up all the trash that he left. She has not come back or responded to call or texts. He also took a grab bar that was previously installed. This man says he is a veteran and he took advantage of another veteran( senior citizen) and his family.

    ***** and his crew did an amazing job with painting my home. He was informative, he communicated with us, and his rates were very affordable compared to other painters. Would highly recommend this young man.
