    Great gym and facility. The staff are nice and always welcoming. Great equipment and lots to choose from. Never having to wait or wait long for your next set.

    Safe place to workout. Great atmosphere and wonderful staff always willing to help. Not to mention constantly looking for upgrades and new equipment to add to the already impressive collection of gym equipment.

    I absolutely love this gym! Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable from the front desk to the trainers. I love how Workout West is always looking for ways to upgrade the facility and equipment!

    The best gym! So much equipment and space! Love the huge hot tub there too. Sean takes such good care of everything. The trainers are amazing, and everybody is so friendly and courteous there. Feels like a second home when I walk in. Not sure why people don't read their terms of membership....if you sign up for a gym membership and commit to a year, guess what? You have to pay for it. It isn't rocket science guys.

    In the world of what's right and wrong is it right to allow someone to incur a bill of $500 and then send them to collections if they NEVER used your facility even one time? Contract or no contract. Is it right? Does it make sense? How could anyone ever want to pay that?

    You signed up for a membership with the club. When you dont pay your bills you go to collections. If you dont pay your car it gets repo'd. If you dont pay your housing payment you get evicted or foreclosed on with the debt still owed. Pay your bills and you dont have to worry about collection debt.

    The membership was never activated I never came not even when I signed up. The bottom line is that I payed multiple months for a membership that I never used. Not only did I stop paying for this membership I continued not to use the membership and its services even ONCE! YOU CAN ASSUME THAT IF PAYMENT HAS STOPPED AND THE CUSTOMER HAS NEVER COME IN TO EVEN INICIATE THE USE OF A PAID PRODUCT THAN HE IS DEFINITELY NOT IN DEBT TO YOU! OR YOU CAN KEEP CHARGING SAID CUSTOMER FOR NON USE OF PRODUCT. YOU LOOK, YOU SEE CUSTOMER HAS NEVER COME IN, CUSTOMER HAS PAID FOR SOME OPPORTUNITIES TO COME IN BUT NEVER TAKEN THE OPPORTUNITY, WHEN CUSTOMER STOPS PAYING FOR A SERVICE HE HAS NEVER USED YOU DONT KEEP CHARGING HIM, PERIOD! IF HE WANTS TO EVER USE IT HE WOULD KEEP PAYING FOR IT. THE MINUTE PAYMENT STOPS HE LOSES THAT PRIVILAGE..DONE!
