    I purchased 11 packages of Just Bare Chicken b****** in September. The chicken wasn't edible as it had a strong chemical taste and ruined two separate dinners, so I decided to not use the rest. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company to get some sort of resolution and I only get a Voicemail in which they never return my call. I call during their business hours as well, but they don't ever answer their phone. I have provided the business all the information from the packaging including the dates, manufacturing location etc.

    Purchased a bag of chicken tenders and there was something in the bag that was not edible. We have photos of the tenders, the UPC, the best by date. I emailed the company and sent all the photos as requested. They gave me “ticket number 216790”. I have waited a month for a refund or coupon to purchase a new bag and they refuse.

    Good Morning Clay,

    We spoke with Mandy Clark back in August and filed her complaint and sent the information to the Plant as an FYI and investigation.  The complaint was due to Fryer Sediment in the bag.  We also forward her information to our Retail team so they could reach out to her. 

    James Brown is no longer with Pilgrim’s, so if he was sent an individual email, that may be why you didn’t get a response.  Again, we have reviewed the information, reached out to the consumer, and notified the Plant.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have requested a refund, sent photos, been patient. I am still waiting for my $9.99 refund. When “satisfaction is guaranteed” and the customer is not satisfied, a refund is due as the company has not met its end of the deal.
