- Refund and Exchange Policy
- 50% retainer is due at time of booking. It is non-refundable, however it is transferable and subject to availability. Many things can go wrong to make a party not happen including acts of God. As long as we have enough notice we will do our best to accommodate changes. If you simply cancel for no cause, your retainer is non-refundable and non-negotiable. If Merry Makers had to cancel for any reason, you are guaranteed your retainer back in full. If you need to reschedule, there will be a change fee as the artist may change and options may not be the same. This fee varies per circumstance.
