    My car overheated, I could not drive it anymore. I was super stressed because this is the only car I have for my family. Called Fuzion automotive. **** came out same day and had my car fixed the very next day! He knew exactly what was wrong with. Got straight to work and my car is running great now! Thank you so much! Quick, reliable and professional service! Highly recommend.

    THIS DUDE IS A MENACE. AVOID AT ALL COST. No follow through or conscience l. I reached out to have ************************* owner of Fuzion Automotive, diagnose an issue I was having with my vehicle (leaking coolant) 2/23. He came by Sunday 2/24 and diagnosed the water pump was leaking. He gave me a price for the diagnosis and parts. I paid him $150 for the parts and diagnosis 2/24. I received a text message the next day (Monday) indicating he'd received the part and would be by Tuesday (2/26) to replace the pump. Tuesday rolls around and no call or text. I reach out and finally get a message at 4:55 pm indicating he needed to reschedule to Wednesday 2/27. Wednesday rolls around the he's no longer accepting my texts and calls go to voice-mail. Called nearly daily over the next few days and no response calls still direct to vm. Called from a ****** number and he picked up- requested a refund as I've had to move to another alternative as he's not followed through. He indicated Friday 3/29 that he would refund the $150 at the end of the business day 3/30. 4/1 no refund. Reached out again via ****** number and he indicated he would refund the money immediately. 2 hours and nothing. Reached out to the police who indicated my only option was to pursue a civil case. They also offered to reach out to ***** directly (I accepted). As of 4/1 he has cancelled the refund request sent via Venmo and is not answering his phone. THIS DUDE IS A MENACE. AVOID AT ALL COST.

    Horrible mechanic.. paid for work to be done then he took off and never came back.. he said he had to order the part then he turned his phone off and stopped replying to texts. I have seen several other past clients with similar horror stories. This man should not practicing business.
