This business has not contacted me via phone, letter, or e-mail. The photo I have attached shows the hole in the septic line next to their repair. I purchased **** ******* ****** in December 2021. Prior to my purchase, your company scanned/scoped the septic line. Your company recommended a repair which the seller refused to pay for. In November of 2021, I received an estimate for the above-mentioned septic line repair. I was billed on 11/29/2021 (invoice #**) for the deposit and billed again on 12/22/2021 (invoice #**) for the repair. Both of these invoices were paid and the repair completed. In January of 2022, I began having waste water backing up into the basement. In February a plumber came out and said I was having septic issues. In February of 2022, I paid $25,000.00 to repair the septic issues. When the septic was repaired, I was told the main sewer line had collapsed also and later spent another $20,000.00 having the main line repaired.

Rapid Rooter was contacted in November by Mrs ******' agent and they wanted to get a bid to fix a 4-5 foot section of line in which it ran from septic up toward house. Our company did not do the inspection prior to repair we was given a video clip from another company in which shows area of pipe that was broke in which is what we were asked to fix. We did not do anything to the septic tank as we are not a septic company we do sewer lines and our part of the job was completed and we do have the final video of the line after the repair was completed in which shows a completed line with no breaks in pipe. Our company was never contacted by customer with any questions or problems with the line or repair. I do not feel that we are liable for problems with the septic tank that is not something we inspected or had anything to do with besides attaching the line at the septic tank. As far as the replacement of line after the septic was replaced is a common thing as I have been told by asking a few companies that install and repair septic tanks.
