    On January 17, 2024 I made and paid $130 for reservations for Greeley Shuttle to pickup me up at DIA on March 17th, 2024 at 3:00 pm and pickup me up again in Greeley on March 20th, 2024 at 2:00 pm. On March 17th, 2024 I waited at DIA for 1 1/2 hours before it was determined that Greeley Shuttle was no longer in business. With no other options I had to use UBER at the cost of $76.36 to get me to Greeley.
    After I made and paid for reservations I was NEVER advised of the out of business status or given the refund of $130.00. I have tried calling with no success and even went to the address of the business of the address shown on their web site and no one would answer the door although it appeared there was someone in the house.
    Very frustrating and disappointed that a professional business in Greeley would leave me stranded at the airport without any method of resolution.

    On January 9th. we booked service with Greeley Shuttle to take us to DIA on February 1, and then a return trip back to Greeley on February 8th. At that time we were charged $260.00 for the round trip with the shuttle service. On January 31st. we received a text message from them stating that they were no longer in service, leaving us a matter of a few hours to find another shuttle service for the following morning. No explanation from Greeley Shuttle, no mention of how to get a refund, they shut their website down and now we're out of the money we paid....
