    I rented a storage unit from Affordable Secure Storage Greeley, CO on September 29TH 2022, on November 11th we went to get our stored personal belongings out of the said unit only to find that thousands of dollars worth of personal property was stolen out of my unit along with personal documents that included our social security numbers. When we rented the unit from said company we bought a lock and key from Affordable Secure Storage and locked our unit with it. The unit was locked after we filled the unit and was locked when we went to get our personal property out. I asked to view security footage so see who stole all that they did out my unit and was told by office staff that she didn't have access to the cameras. I also asked if she could try a key from a new pad lock and key to see if it would open my pad lock I purchased from Affordable Secure Storage and she ignored my request.. I am not the only family this has happened to after reaching out to social media in regards to storage unit thefts and other families responding stating the same thing happened to them at Affordable Secure Storage, Greeley, CO.
