      Had an oil change. Turns out they didn't tighten the oil filter. I leaked oil all over the place and didn't realize it until driving along a main highway and the car quit and the oil light came on. I called grease monkey and **** said the company would pay for a tow and any repair made to the car. Being satisfied with the response we had it towed to a shop close by. It was looked over by the shop's mechanic who said it was clear the oil filter wasn't tightened. I spoke with the district manager, J *******, who assured me he'd cut us a check. It's now 6+ weeks later. He hasn't responded to any of my several emails to him, nor has he "cut me a check". The place is fraudulent and should be closed down. The store manager is a very shady person and has outright lied to us about getting in contact with ******* and is suspect in trespassing to "fix" the problem overnight while our car was at the mechanic's shop. Extremely bad people! Do yourself a favor: DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANY MECHANICAL REASON!!

      Had my oil change and they strip the oil Pan did not let me know and wrote it on ticket!When it was time for new oil went in change oil and told me I had engine leak ! I had no engine ***** garage was dry ***** to that! Went home had big leak!!! Call went back in and they pulled my plug and put in a magnet plug told me that would be ok but and then told me. I had a strip oil pan! I ask why couldnt you tell me that yesterday??? Instead of an engine leak so maneger said he fix it and nothing they can do!!!!Went home had and it leaking even worse!!! So I had to get a tow truck and send it to **** now its going to cost ******** Or more for there mistake and that is the only place I took this car because this car was just bought at a dealership and it was looked over good before I bought it and the care is clean ! Grease monkey is trying to get out of what they did striping the oil pan ! And putting it on me !!!

      I went to have my oil changed today. I was given a bill of $64.00 then I was told it was a mistake and was charged $115.00. If they can't get the fees right, what else can't they get right. They just lost a 30 year customer!!

      The grease monkey at ***** ****************************. in ******** did a radiator flush on my vehicle and left it short by a "half a gallon of fluid". I went back to the manager and told him what I had found out. He spoke to the tech and the tech told him that he topped it off three times before he let me take it to drive home. He then told me to bring it back and would redo it. I filled it myself. Why would I let them touch my car again. The service cost me $115.21 for the so called service.

      Grease Monkey put the brake pads on the wrong sides, as well as did not tighten down the rotor. This ended up destroying the wheel. To repair their mistake, it cost us almost $1,000 in addition to towing fees. So disappointed in this business.

      Took my car to location #**** in ******* for oil change and filter change. They neglected to properly replace my air filter on my car and as a result debris got into my mass airflow sensor and ruined it. It cost me $536 to replace the sensor. I am very disgusted with them. It was my first time and now my last time going there.

      MANAGER IS VIOLENT WITH ANGER ISSUES. Upon taking my vehicle to real mechanic it was discovered that store #*** had damaged my vehicle to the point of needing a new oil pan. The manager ***********************, assured my wife all we needed to do was to bring it in and it would be fixed that day, and if the part was not in stock we will run down to OReillys and get it.no problem. Once we arrived he immediately backtracked. He began raising his voice to my wife as soon as she reminded him of his previous statements over the phone. At that point I stopped him and reminded him that we were upset that his location damaged our vehicle, and he had absolutely NO reason to be raising his voice to us. He immediately became thuggish and confrontational, stating *** dealt with people like youIm not from around here! Its not going to end the way you think! I told him several times just check it and get it fixed, and well be on our way, and each time I walked away he would yell at me to CALM DOWN.When I turned around and told him Do not yell at me to calm down, he rushed up to me, got within 2 inches of my face and began threatening me, to the point where one of his employees had to physically remove him.I called **** the owner of the location to inform him of his managers behavior, and was immediately brushed off. Although I have been going to Grease Monkey for decades, and had gone specifically to this location for the last 10 years, I was told Wellhes been here for 14. I told **** that didnt excused his behavior, and was told there were cameras all over the building and they will be reviewed, and he would get back to me. NEVER HEARD BACK THIS LOCATION IS NOT QUALIFIED TO CHANGE OIL.AND THE MANAGERS THUGGISH BEHAVIOR IS ACKNOWLEDGED AND ACCEPTED.Due to the Complete lack of accountability from Corporate, I will never set foot in this or ANY other Grease Monkey.

      I took my 2015 **** Escape to a Grease Monkey franchise in ******** ** in February for an oil change. I'd never had any problem with the car in the three years I owned it. When they asked if there was anything else they could look at on the car, I told the technician I had a "hill assist" warning light on which had no effect on the car performance, but they then advised I needed a new battery to shut the light off. I agreed to have them do that. It is now early June and the car has not run since. This franchise and their parent company Full Speed Automotive (headquartered in the ****** tech center in *****************) have hidden behind an insidious insurance company in *********** named "**************************. These incompetent and corrupt people made a couple of phone calls and determined that Full Speed/Grease Monkey had ZERO responsibility for my car now not running and needing an $1800 repair for a new electrical system. The **** dealer they took my car to - (*************) were the only folks that actually communicated with me - they were great. I heard from no one at Full Speed/Grease Monkey until I reached out and found names of local management. The **** dealer service tech sent a letter basically saying I was being screwed - the Full Speed/Grease Monkey folks took a car running perfectly, got into the electrical system and now the car needs to have it replaced. Neither they or their "insurance company" will provide a reason why they will not take ANY responsibility for their malpractice. I will advise anyone and everyone I know as well as communicate my story out however I can to avoid this company completely. This treatment of any customer, now *********************************************************** the company. ****************** is an absolute joke as well and should not be licensed as an insurance company. **************** is in a sad state these days, and this company doesn't care.
