The service started off great. I needed a truck and a suv front windows tinted. I sent a message over on a Saturday and he said he was available the next morning Sunday to do both. He was able to do both vehicles quickly and said all the bubbles and streaks would be gone when the tint dried. I tipped an extra because everything went smooth. Thats when everything started to go wrong. I noticed after 5-6 days the bubbles werent going away. I figured it just could need some more time to dry. On day 10 (he wrote the wrong date on the invoice) there was still hundreds of small bubbles the size of an end of a pen on both vehicles . I sent pictures to the owner and the response was this was normal for a garage installation vs using a tint shop. That it was dirt stuck under the tint and they would always be there. That it was my responsibility to do my research that this would happen from using a company thats convenient that comes to you vs a tint shop. (Attached are the pictures its tough to get them all with a camera phone. The bubbles are very visible when looking at the tint in person). Why would that be a reason for subpar work? Its not a good answer but that was his reasoning. I took it to a tint shop and they said that it was from poor installation and dirty tint. That it wouldnt last long and need to be redone. That whoever installed this either didnt know what they were doing or didnt care. I also called 2 other companies and they said the same. The owner was unapologetic for poor work. That wont last, looks terrible and will cost me extra money to get removed. For something you have to look at every day, it cant nor will it stay this way. Please refund 100% plus the cost of any other company to fix your terrible work. The warranty is also a lie. There isnt one he will stand behind
