5 starsI have used several different software for different reasons BEFORE finding NCH software. Since then I have found this software far more easy to work and, to me, better than *****. And far less expensive. Also, you can have full versions of the software to test prior to purchase.Review frombluzdogs

I purchased a PDF editor because Acrobat is insanely expensive subscription that I use once or twice a month. . I never received the product key. I've received one response from 7 emails I sent to their "support".I've asked for the key or a refund of both their "technical support" and their "registration support".They are clearly a ripoff that's quite obviously had the BBB fooled for decades. They couldn't care any less about their customers. I've seen their ads for at least ***** years but this was my first purchase. Guess I now know why I never dealt with them before.I paid with ****** so I'm hoping I can get my money back.

Hello. We have no record of this email address or this name in any payment or support system maintained by NCH Software - there is no record anywhere of this individual having ever purchased software from us. If there was a purchase made it was from a different email address and name. Our support manager will be reaching out to the email address and name listed to see what actual information was used to purchase a product so we can attempt to assist as needed.bluzdogs

So, as expected, *** just stole $49 from me. Good job. I guess the screenshot I sent to you people of the ****** transaction dated the day of my alleged purchase, the exact time of my alleged purchase, paid to, what a surprise, NCH Software. But that's OK. You ***** another customer. I imagine you're enjoying a fine meal of a burger and fries from your favorite drive thru.. It's probably futile but I will file a claim with ******.NCH Software Inc

4 starsI downloaded and installed the free app that converts M4A to MP3 format. That was easy to do. I then ran the app and it behaved as designed but was a bit slow, hence a four star rating instead of five. Hey, I'm picky! I then uninstalled it because I found the original format worked fine, I was creating a thumb drive to store audio books for use in my car and the manual incorrectly stated that M4A files would not work in the vehicle's entertainment system. They did.I consequently uninstalled the app and that too went smoothly.Review fromThomas S

NCH may be a complete scam. I purchased a product, they collected my money and promised to send a code to activate the product. They never have and the are no avenues to contact them. no phone, email nothing. i am trying to have my bank stop the transaction. i need what they said they have but now doubt the product exist.NCH Software Inc

NCH Software sends multiple emails to any customer that purchases a product. An invoice email and a registration code email. Occasionally the emails end up in a SPAM folder but can be retrieved from that folder in the customers email client. If for some reason no email is received our support team is happy to assist through our free support link to either resend the code or provide a refund.
1) Check SPAM.
2) Use free support link with your email address. Support will send the code again. *****************************************
3) If you no longer want the product - request a refund through the same support link above.

5 starsI've always been able to count on NCH software for all of my studio recording software. Better and more reliable than any other software I've used thus far.
