I applied to a job here and proceeded to get an email asking me to select dates/times so I could be interviewed. Long story short the recruiter was named ******* ********. I believe she was being impersonated.I recently applied to the Regional Guest Experience Coordinator. On Friday June 20, 2025 I received an email from ******* ******** from the address: recruiting.echo at ******************. It went to my spam folder. I did respond as she asked me to provide some dates to speak with her. Yet I never heard back and was wondering why not so researched to see the email configuration compared to what it says National Corporate Housing email should be. It did not match. However this looks like it came from an HRIS system which recruiters can use to respond, so I was not sure what to think. I sent another email and then get a phone call from a number and the internet says this goes to a ****************** and that it is spam and also people use this no to impersonate others. I did not get to speak to the caller as it went to my voicemail. When I called it back there is no message on the voicemail for ******* yet she said in her message this was her direct line. However I left a message. Immediately I received an email saying that she was in a meeting and that she would call back. I sent an email and said that I believed this was fraud.. She said she would but not sure she believed me since this story is so odd. So was ********* email hacked? I then got another call later on and again the person left a message and it was a different voice and said it was not fraud and that she has been a recruiter for 7 years and I can find her on Linked In. Anyone can pretend to be someone else and create fake profiles. This is super concerning as how did this person get my info? I just wanted you to be aware of this situation as it may be happening to many candidates. So be very cautious and wary.

Just had a member from National Corporate Housing call me about an estimate for a one-bedroom for two months in the *********, ** area since I was relocating for a job for two months. Not only was that price range ridiculous per day even per month, if that typo was a mistake, which I hope it was because no one pays that much even per month in the *********, ** area but it was very odd that not even right after my phone call with the operator, I'm immediately quoted that price. I thought corporate housing was supposed to be affordable for people traveling for work. I think the company needs knowledge of the location and the apartment pricing in the area before a condescending email like that is sent out, especially if someone is staying for only two months and nine days. You can get a hotel cheaper than that. I'm actually familiar with the area since I'm a ************** resident and that is price gouging and dishonesty at best. Now seeing other reviews about customers having no air conditioning and not having quality rooms, that's an absurd amount of money they just quoted me. $3500-4000 per day, and I hope it was a typo even if it was per month, that's still ridiculous and no one pays that much for an apartment a month in the **************.

      Alyssa,

We apologize for the error in our previous communication. The correct range is $3,500-$4,000 per month for fully-furnished accommodations. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to reach out to us at ******************************.

      Best regards,
