I am writing to file a formal complaint against *********************************************** Communities located in ********, **, regarding sever issues I have and continue to encounter with the realtor ***** ******* and his manager ****** *******. In February 2025, I started the process of purchasing a new home and worked with ***** *******, only because he was assigned to me. ***** did a lot of fast talking with promises of incentive money but never a mentioned to a lower interest rate as advertised. When asked about why I was not advised, his answer was "sorry" or he played the victim role. Despite repeated attempts to communicate with ***** and his manager, ****** ******* to resolve these issues, I have been met with unsatisfactory excuses by both of them. The following are the major concerns: - Incentive Money Promised: Still have not received incentive money that was promised after 30 days, it is now 2 months. No communication when I call and leave message for ****** *******. - Poor Workmanship: Upon inspection, I found outside stucco cracked, flooring uneven, concrete at front door not completed, back door not operable and plumbing leaks.Unprofessional Conduct: ***** ******* has conducted himself as a very incompetent person. When asked why things are not happening that were promised, the response via text is very rude and condescending with him always playing the victim.I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with both ***** ******* and ****** ******* through emails, phone calls and texts to only get rude and condescending responses.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and hope for a fair resolution.

I can say this experience was the best yet. Compared to stories heard from my friends CC helped me a lot. They had incentives for my new build that I felt good about. My lender ******* was the best. Try to get him if you can.

If you are looking for a new home do NOT go with century complete. They 100% operate in bad faith, coerce you into purchasing a home based off of lies, and then you're stuck with a lazily done half done home and a 30 year mortgage. We purchased our first home from this company. The ** was very nice but rushed. During our walk through we marked many items wrong which we were guaranteed would be fixed before getting our keys but they were not fixed. Many items lazily done. 10 s**** holes in one cabinet because they continued to miss the stud. Weather strips forgotten. Cracks in the door frame. Peep hole falling out. *** etc. The 2 worst things, our floor sinking in and known termites that they had failed to tell us about. Come to find out their concrete company quit half way through the job and instead of getting a new company they just laid the floor down causing sinking in the floor and mounds of concrete sticking up causing our kids to trip and get hurt. Our entire floors had to be ripped out causing a delay in move in. They also had termites, tried to paint over the tunnels to cover it up, and never told us. So now we got suckered into a brand new new build with termites. Their response to everything - go through warranty. This company operates in bad faith and unless you are looking for a money pit, stay far far away from this horrible building company.

Bought a house from them around May of last year the said that it would be ready to move in on August but it was not actually ready until October. They made us take the loan from their people which cost us to lose the around $13,000 in help to pay for the down payment. Now We started living here not even two months passed before the house started falling apart. The flooring they used is a thin piece of paper, so it tears easily. The home warranty is useless because they fix absolutely nothing. When we fill out the form for the warranty it takes a minimum of two weeks for someone to contact us to schedule them to look and possibly fix it. We had a sliding door that fell off the tracks, so the house was wide open. We called the emergency line but they said that our house being open for anyone to walk in was not an emergency. Also one of the handheld remotes for the garage has never worked. The garage door sometimes sticks and when we close or open it, the door will stops and do the opposite. When we report this is*** they said that we have to call the garage people who installed it. But when I called the hung up on me. Their motto is more house, less money but it is actually more money less house. Century Complete is a scam and they need to be put out of business and ***d for everything that they are worth. The houses are made from the cheapest materials which is why they fall apart very easy. Not to mention the houses are small with barely enough room to live. Also the floor plans that they have are very bad and lacks common sense, whoever designed these houses should go back to school and get more training and not have their designs implemented until they do better. What they have done has to be a crime, I mean it is Fraud and these people who made all of the bad polices should go to prison. These people are criminals. This is just unacceptable. Whoever wants to *** email me I would be beyond ecstatic to add my name to the lawsuit.

DONT buy from these people. They take no pride in their workmanship and use shoddy materials and untrained help. My drive way split in half, my lights wouldn't work in the kitchen because someone drywalled over the socket. A hole in the closet door was patched and I had to demand a replacement door. They had to cut out 14 ** holes in one livingroom wall looking for a wire with a nail.in it. I wanted it completely redrywalled but they just patched back together. I had to put my own shelves up in the cabinets, some cabinet doors were uneven. A hole was left in the ceiling after a light was hung. I would NEVER purchase another home from them.

I am currently going through the buying process and I am shocked. They have used threats and scare tactics multiple times to get me to sign things I didn't understand. This is suppose to be a positive and exciting experience. The impression I am getting from this builder is they prey on 1st time home buyers and less educated people. They will attempt to keep your ******* money at all costs. STAY far away. With all the amazing builders in the valley you don't need to do business with this company. You can do better. Learn from my experience as I I'm probably facing a legal battle to get my ******* money back from these scammers. RUN RUN RUN RUN far away.

Tried to buy a home from Century and they broke their word and ethics during the deal. It is crazy to me this is a national company with how criminal the people running it. Simple version of what happened we tried purchasing a home with the price they put out at $500,000. While waiting to get approved for the loan they said they had another offer and took the contract away and said they would give it back for $509,000, very unethical but wanting the house badly we agreed. When we got the contract again we had our approved financing but the new contract was horrendously one sided. If we didnt close in 14 days they were going to add another $20,000 to the price. Simply put a $500,000 house turned into $529,000 with even more fees and contract had no obligation for century homes to even finish the house. Disgusting. Its been 30 days and the house is still on the market now for $520,000 price.

AL. ***** we waited a year for this house to be built. We finally moved in. That's when the nightmares began. First, the keys that were given to us would not fit in any of the exterior door locks. ***** notifying the company, it took three weeks for them to send a tech out to change the locks. Our entry doors stayed unlocked for three weeks, while we were at work. The techs change only two locks, the other lock still has not changed. Almost, twelve months now since we lived here. The cabinets in the kitchen were halfway over the kitchen sink. We took the cabinet down from the wall and replaced it in the rightful place. Mold developed in the house. I was exposed and rushed to the hospital where I received treatment and was put on medication due to exposure to mold. The complete first floor had to be replaced. the entire second-floor carpet padding had to be replaced. Nails are popping through the walls. the nails that are in the stairs case, stick my kids they would have bloodied toes. Because the air quality is so bad I slept in my car for several weeks. Thousands of tiny files come through the unsealed windows. Thousands of dollars of food were wasted due to the infestation of files that swarm the house. We put warranty claims in months and months just to have the bare minimum done. Thirty major things need to be done and they won't come out to do them. I am on medication due to the poor workmanship of this home.
