I was tasked to do something with my childhood home. Not having lived there in almost 30 years and managing tenants from **** miles away, I decided to sell it. Once True Homes understood my needs, they jumped into action and found a buyer. The whole process was ******************* and even closed from another state. I would definitely recommend True Homes for anyone looking to sell a home.

The entire team at True Homes was great to deal with. Having recently sold my own home in ********* and had received offers from other as-is home buyers in the area, I wanted to find an honest and fair company for the sale of my mom's home. From setting up the initial inspection, going over the offer, to closing on time, everything went as planned and with consistent communication. The reduced stress for our family through moving my mom and not having to worry about the items she wasn't able to take with her was a welcome surprise. ****** was very professional and stayed in contact at all times. I had a work related outage and was not able to be available. I had asked him to contact me a month later and he gave me the space and time I needed. We came to an agreement and everything was smooth sailing right up to closing. They used a *******************. ****** and **** are only a phone call away.True Homes

I have worked with True Homes, representing them as a Realtor in the sale of their investment properties. The communication throughtout the process has been excellent and the negotiations have been professional and honest. I think it is great seeing investors improve our Pueblo neighborhoods. My experience with this company have only been postive and I would recommend them to others.True Homes

This company at first contacted ME!! They insisted they could purchase my property and give a fair offer. They started out WONDERFUL! Great reviews! **** and ****** seemed to be honest, explaining up front what they could do in purchasing my property and we came up with an agreement to sell my property. THEN...on the day of SIGNING THE CONTRACT, they mysteriously CANCELLED....after ALL I had done to cancel my real estate broker, get funding from my bank for a new property, etc.NO REASON from them except that 'They needed to go in a new direction'. ****** even stated thAt he UNDERSTOOD why I'd be upset. These guys claim HONEST, INTEGRITY, ETC. ETC. I feel SCAMMED. PLEASE BE CAREFUL before entering into an agreement with these folks.True Homes

We certainly had several positive conversations with ******************, in which we were working toward a win-win solution for buying his property. In the normal course of business, we look at a home before drawing up paperwork, but since this was a 3-unit with tenants, both parties agreed to start drafting the paperwork before we saw the property. That said, before either party signed anything, our due diligence revealed that his 3-unit rental is in a neighborhood zoned for only one single unit, therefore it is being operated outside of the law. When we purchase rentals, we intend to operate them within the limits of the law, therefore we could not enter into an agreement to buy his property. Rest assured, there is no scam here-we have purchased over 100 ******** homes directly from homeowners. We understand that ****************** is disappointed we were unable to purchase his property and have reached out to offer our apologies for any time wasted or inconvenience. It is disappointing that he has chosen to take out his frustration with this inaccurate review.
