    On 10/04/2022 at 11:00 pm, my friend and I checked in to our hotel at Best Western Delta Tech. When checking in, we were made aware that housekeeping does not do daily rounds of the rooms and instead will need to be scheduled if we wanted our room cleaned. On 10/07/2022, we had housekeeping unexpectedly come in to clean our hotel room. We did not consent to this and only realized when we returned to our hotel room later that night since our beds were made. On the morning of 10/08/2022, we noticed a large splotch of blood on one of the bed sheets. Disgusted, we alerted the front desk of what had happened, and she changed our room. She also gave us the number for the general manager to discuss this matter as it was a major health violation. When discussing the matter with *****, the general manager, she completely disregarded what had happened and instead blamed it on us. We have been trying to get in contact with her since the incident but she is always in a "meeting" or not in for the day. I paid $474.91 for this hotel and have not been compensated for this violation. As someone who is immunocompromised, this was an extremely dangerous situation for me and management decided to brush it aside.
