    I am a small business and I sell a few ********* licenses through the Cloud Solution Provider agreement with *********. Pax8 was a great place to setup my CSP relationship and sell the few licenses I needed. ********* has one year commitments on their licensing. Pax8, knowing this, created a new Voyager Alliance Tier based program that was mandatory and went into affect last year without enough notice to cancel. I was forced to pay a fee to Pax8 for the last 7 months because I was too small for them and in the tier that costs a monthly fee. I was not allowed to opt out of the program and I could not cancel due to ********* licensing still in affect. So I have been paying an extortion fee to them ever since. This should be a great legal case that I'm sure many people like me got caught up in. Their solution was if you don't like it, transfer your accounts to another *** provider. I tried for 3 months to get another one to call me back. None of *********'s *** provider companies would ever respond. Stay away from Pax8 and just buy your licenses directly from *********.
