    They stole $1580 by charging my account 2 weeks prior to the renewal even though they sent an email confirming the actual renewal date and that date would be when my account was charged. I had NO intention on renewing and a reminder set to delete my account. I contact them immediately because I did not give authorization to charge the account on any day other than the renewal date, per their terms and conditions. Instead they stole $1580 and insist that it takes up to 90 days to refund me. I have the emails confirming my statements and that they sent my refund request to billing as a priority for refund then, ...nothing. They refuse my request to speak to a human being on numerous occasions. It has been 60 days and I have hired an attorney to assist because they will not give you any contact information except an email address to communicate with any department! They also refuse to respond when I follow up on my refund. Like I said the support and service is terrible especially when they are at fault.

    I signed up for a service for nearly $1300 and the company seems to have gone out of business. I cannot reach anyone by phone nor email.

    Client has been using account with full access as agreed,  however had signed up for several free trail account with us under various email addresses.  our client support team has advised this on numerous occasion.   As show in the seen capture you can see the account variants and our most recent communication with the client.   we feel this complaint is unwarranted as clients account is active and they have full access when using the email address related to the paid account.

    The transaction happened on April 25th of a charge of $990.00, that I did not approve or make. I signed up for Realvolve on April 27 2023 through April 27, 2024, which was paid previously. I did not renew my membership for another year 2024-2025, which is the $990.00. I have not used their software since July of 2023, due to the fact it is not a good fit for me or my business and I have no use for the membership. I have not received any communication in reference to the renewal and have been communicating several times a day since April 25th, 2024 to ******, refund and remove my personal information from their account. They are declining to give me a refund for the membership, which again I did not approve. I am in awe the way they choose to do business, how could they possibly take a $1000 from someone who has no intentions of using their software and who has not given permission for them to charge for another year. Please advise on how best to handle this situation. Thank you, *************************

    Please do NOT use this company! They are so unprofessional and refuse to work with their clients. All they want is money! If God forbid you need longer than 30 days to see that this program will not work for you, you are screwed! They purposely do their calls so spread out that you WILL NOT know in 30 days or less that this program and their customer service (or lack thereof) is junk! There are so many other options for CRM that are tried and true and I URGE you to not use this one! Once they have your money you will be a slave to their timelines and calls. You cannot simply call customer service for help or even a billing department. Even their SALES doesn't pick up the phone. I tried for 3 hours! Completely unacceptable!

    Buyer BEWARE! I signed up to Realvolve CRM $590 annual and Navigator Fast Track Program in 3/21/2021 $3,299. I was told Reavlove and ********* CRM (who I already had) were merging. This was a deciding factor for me to sign up with Realvove as I had already had a CRM, but that never happened! Then in 8/31/2022, I signed up for their extending training, another $3,091.38. In the course of this training and beyond, their CRM system was and is EXTREMELY glitchy, to the point that it is impossible to work in it. Despite knowing that their system was prone to glitches and bugs, they knowingly signed me up and took my money for this extended training, as well as countless others. I have contacted support numerous times, too many to count. However, I have not received a response from either support or the owner's wife *********************. I do not understand how any business can take such a large amount of money from their customers and sleep at night knowing they have cheated them. I have been forced to cancel and move on to other CRM system. This a cost me money and time. I've attached the cancellation email which further explains the issues and reason I am cancelling and want a refund of $590 they charged my credit card on June 12, 2023, and $3,091.38 for the extended training I paid for 8/31/2022 that never worked.

    On Jan 30, 2023, I signed up for a CRM software service that included an on-boarding package.The total I paid was $5113 There was a 30 guarantee. During that time frame, I saw that there were significant problems with downtime on their servers which rendered the program useless to me. I exercised my right to cancel on 2-17-23 prior to the end of the 30 days. They told me had had to wait as long as 90 days to actually get the refund back.It has been longer than 90 days and I was never refunded the money. They did acknowledge the cancellation and refund. When I inquired after the 90 days, they said they "processing it" still... after 90 days....
