      I had made an appointment and I confirmed it with somebody over the phone. Also sent a confirmation on a text. Then I was busy the day of the appointment and they kept texting and texting and texting. I did not answer cause I was busy when I got to the place of business, they canceled my appointment because they were under the impression that they have to have double confirmation.I will not go to a place that has not kept up with whats going on with one person to another person. Obviously, they have no communications in their office. I do not think that they have any kind of organization in this place so Im afraid to get anything done there cause I dont know what would happen!

      Dear Better Business Bureau,

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to ******** complaint. ****** scheduled an appointment for 10/24/24 for a face resurfacing appointment for 12:30pm. On the morning of her appointment we sent ****** three text messages and placed one phone call to ask her if she would be attending the service. The three text were sent 8:39am, 10:30am and again at 12:05pm, hours apart from one another and certainly with enough time to give the common curtesy of a simple yes or not. We can provide those text if you would like. We understand that people get busy, we can afford to have a licensed tech and room on standby for someone that does not confirm their appointment, the morning of the appointment as peoples life plans and events can change at a moments notice. It's a very common practice for a business to confirm guests that are scheduled to arrive for appointments, especially when there was/is not deposit or prepayment for that appointment.

      We purchased a home in ** so I am not able to use their services. I have repeatedly asked for a refund of funds not used, but to date have not received the refund.

       Good morning Better Business Bureau,

      Thank you for allowing us to address this issue. We only show that **** asked for a refund once and that was on 02/05/24. She has not "repeatedly asked for a refund" as she stated. None the less I do agree that **** should be refunded. After reviewing her membership she should be refunded $876.00 and not $1145.00. **** paid for five services and received one. The four services that ************* for and did not receive were at a costs of $219.00 per service, totaling $876.00. The employee clearly should have offered to refund this amount.

      Hello - thanks for the quick, great result.   But - will the business issue a credit to my credit card that they charged?  Or will they mail me a check?

      I prefer if they credit the credit card that was charged.  Please advise.     thank you !!

      I purchased a series of "skinny shots" that were advertised to help clients to lose weight. This company is false advertising and I want a full refund. I have not lost any weight and the price they charged me is expensive and I haven't gotten my desired results. They charged me an arm and a leg for my initial consultation and treatment on my abdomen. The nurse who was suppose to give me my first treatment wasn't even there when I paid and I had to go back another day just really inconvenient to have to go back after I made payment and she wasn't even there to administer the s*** and the sales person lied to me about the products that was going to be given to me.

      Thank you for allowing us to respond to *******'s issue. 
      ******* first attended our clinic on 10/02/23. During this visit she paid a total of $49.99, which was a promotional only price. This is the initial treatment that she received on her abdomen area and this treatment was about thirty minutes.  While we understand that $49.99 can be a lot of money for many people, this is certainly not an arm and a leg as ******* stated. During this initial service we also presented ******* with all of the options that we offer to our clients. One of the services that we offer are the skinny shots. We do not advertise for the skinny shot, during her consultation she was absolutely told that we have both skinny shots and medically supervised weight loss shot. ******* chose to participate in our skinny shot program.  
      As everyone knows, any weight loss, even surgically performed weight loss requires lifestyle and diet changes to either obtain or maintain results. ******* paid $99.00 for this service and came in for three of her services. 10/14,10/14 and 11/17. Consistency is key in any health wellness setting. Our medical staff consist of Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners,Registered Nurses, and Medical Assistance all of which are licenses to do the injection that ******* enrolled for and the fact that one of our nurses was not present does not mean that another staff member could not have administered the injection. The total amount to date that ******* has paid to date is $149.99,$49.99 for the initial treatment and $100.00 for the injections. 
      There were no lies told about what products ******* would receive and has received, in fact everyone signs what products they are to receive when they enroll in the program. It should be noted that ******* never requested a refund or expressed unhappiness about her results. We will always say that the skinny shot will not be effective if you are not maintaining good diet and lifestyle habits, otherwise the results are consistent with expectations. 
      We will gladly refund the costs for the skinny shots only and wish ******* the best on her wellness goals, she simply needs to contact our office.
