  MISMANAGEMENT OF PROMISED PAY AND CHAUVINISTIC, BULLYING FROM ** OF OPERATIONS THAT IS NEVER IN THE OFFICE.I'm self employed and work from home. Beyond church and duties as deacon there, I have very little social interaction so I volunteer and pick up temp work on occasion. I like the change of pace, doing different things and interacting in different groups. Picking up temp work helps me enjoy a bit of work/life balance and I enjoy it... usually, unless I discover the organization or one of its members is shady. Unfortunately, I have found all isn't heavenly at A HIRE POWER.The mismanagement of payroll and lack of problem solving modality supplimented by bold-faced lies proclaimed by the ** of Operations borders on willfull neglect, if he is ever in the office to actuate the work that his title would suggest is his purview. For a staffing solutions company whose sole equity in the marketplace is staffing, the placement of this man in a position of authority and a good faith regulator of equitable pay for services rendered makes the judgement in staffing of this company questionable.Further, I know for a fact that A HIRE POWER can invoice almost double what they give their staff hourly. That is understandable and the cost of business when you're a staffing company with overhead and such. That said, I think most all of the email calls for positions to fill go to over 100 contact addresses depending on need. If the guy in charge of such extensive payroll can't be bothered to take care of a contract employee who was promised pay by May 2nd and only has excuses to offer in exchange, I'm wondering if there's something wrong with their financial solvency? If I were owner, ******, I would immediately call for a company-wide audit of not only payables but also contracts because this man clearly has no issue being inconsistent with both. From this outsider's perspective, there's a lot that doesn't add up with him being at helm.Full review, see FB or ******.

  On a recent assignment, I worked for this company, I had a family emergency where my daughter was rushed to the emergency room. I finished the temporary job, and I was even added to another shift by the supervisor that was on site for this company during the convention, because of my hard work; however; on the backend this didnt matter because ************ has a full Caucasian staff, and they do not reach out to, nor call African American people back. They will not recognize your hard work. They made me feel like it was a problem today that I was reaching out to them for work.They tell you to let know if you have an emergency because you wont be able to do temp assignments again with them. I went above and beyond to let them know that I would miss a shift because of my childs sickness, It didnt matter that I had a sick child, and still worked 12 hour shifts for them at the Mining Convention here in ********** reached out to them for work to not even be given a call back. I recently spoke to the owner ******, and she claimed she typed and email response to me for her hr Assistant, but could not tell me what the email said. As I sat her speaking to her, I ended up hanging up the phone and telling her to have a nice day because I realized that I have a heart of gold, and Im an extraordinary worker, people love to work with me. I was asking them simply why am I unable to work any more temporary assignments in my state, and the owner was giving me a hard time, and she was responding as *****, her hr manager. It made me realize that I am the assets, and to never let anyone take away from my credibility!!!

  The best company that Ive worked for. They have super fun work locations and the owners are very nice! Great pay and work atmosphere!!
