    Despite dubious results throughout the relationship, we've used their service for a period of time . Updates to their text messaging platform were & are blamed for any poor performance in the past & again recently. Early 2025 after another UNTESTED update to their system & a second month with a fraction of the previous results, we notified Leafbuyer that we would no longer be requiring their services, specifically due to poor performance and resulting loss of revenue.We are a small Mom and Pop business, very dissatisfied with their service for a period of time, repeatedly working with them and giving them opportunities to correct the issues while we suffer the consequences & the significant reduction in revenue. Once it became clear, they sell a service they can not actually provide CONSISTENTLY, we notified them of our intention to move along & end the relationship amicably. Without notice, they sent our account to a collection agency, attempting to hold us responsible for an entire year of service.The list of missteps, mishaps and miss-handling situations is long. Besides, what's been mentioned above, one of the more egregious examples of their ineptness, inexperience or outright malice.. In the beginning of our business relationship, it was made very clear to them that at no time were any other third-party apps or ads to be served up to the very valuable client list we had provided them. Purposely, or negligently, a text message containing an only ad for their mobile app was served up to our entire customer list. To say this put a strain on the relationship is an understatement, and we almost terminated our business with them at that point, approximately a year ago.This company is attempting to take money from us without justification. Their services are not proven or reliable yet they continue to sell their service as if it's a premium. If you cancel with them, they will send you outrageous invoices without basis or proper communication.
