    I purchase reusable heel insoles from Vivian Lou on July 3rd. They were having a 4th of July sale of 30% off. I received noticed that my package was delivered July 9th, unfortunately I never received anything. I have contacted the company several times through their customer service email displayed online, on their business page on ********* and on their Instagram business page. They still (7/14) have not responded back. I left a public comment on social media and they deleted it, I also saw someone else comment that their comments were deleted too. With their discount I paid $40 and normally it most likely wouldve been $60, maybe since I had a discount they dont feel my purchase is as important. I bought this to wear to a wedding Im in Aug 2nd. They are definitely not a upstanding company!

    Hello!

    Per ***** the package was successfully delivered on July 9. We were first made aware of an issue regarding delivery of this order on July 11. We have a small customer service team, and our customer service representative was out of the office on July 11 and 12 watching her daughter swim in the summer swim finals event. Our representative checked email today and has communicated with the customer per the attached. We confirmed her shipping address and will reship her the product. We will ensure the insoles arrive well before the August 2 wedding she is attending. We have resolved this issue, and understand we should have better staffed the customer service email box in her absence.
