    Daily this company calls trying to solicit my business. I am not interested have told them multiple times to put us on the do not call list.

    Associates Insurance Group, **** is a ********-based insurance brokerage company doing business-to-business transactions.  In-house employees handle all calls placed by Associates Insurance Group, **** regarding commercial insurance products.   All calls are manually dialed without the use of any automated dialing system. Over the last 20 years, our ******** client base has grown to approximately **** business clients, including many municipalities, counties,and most school districts.   We maintain strict guidelines for our salespeople regarding processes for prospecting communication.   They understand that a violation of these procedures will have consequences, including termination.   Associates is Pinnacols largest brokerage, and they, as well as our other carriers, have been instrumental in formulating our sales and service models. 

    Once we were notified that ************************* would like to be removed from our system her information was fully restricted from access by any employee within our organization.   Her operation can no longer be contacted by our office and all employees were once again reminded of our strict guidlines on contacting prospective clients and the process to abide by their wishes to be removed from any further communication.   We apologize for any disruption to her office.
