    I made reservations to stay at the Mesa Campground in ********, ******** on March 12, 2024 to stay July 18 - 20. In the middle of April 2024, ******************* of ************** reported that the bridge on highway 50, to access ******** from the West, was closed until further notice due to structural issues. On or about April 23rd I contacted the Mesa Campground office to request a cancellation due to not being able to get to ******** from the West of ******** without nearly having to drive into ********** to get there. My request for a refund falls well within Mesa Campground's refund policy (*****************************************), but for the past month and a half the owners ************************************ will not respond or mail me my refund check. The Mesa Campground office personnel state that the amount can not be refunded to my credit card because their credit card system will not process the request. As of today, June 17th I not received a refund or any correspondence from the owners. *************** email addresses are as follows: ********************** ************************
