    We needed a new inline booster fan for controlling humidity in a crawl space. We contacted two other businesses and they were unable to do the work. - Blue Mountain did the work and did it well, putting in a professional grade fan instead of the lesser quality fans available at typical home improvement stores.- They arrived on time in the time window they promised.- The technicians were EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL.We greatly appreciate their service.

    I asked for help with my water heater. A representative came out and evaluated over $5,000 to fix. I couldn't afford that, so I called another company to take a look. They fixed it for $50.When I called back to ask why this happened, the employee told me I was rude and would never try to help me again... really? I saved $4,900 for erroneous counsel, and am I rude? Shame on them.
