    I tried switching my payment service over to Zen planner and it's been nothing but the biggest headache imaginable. Before I ever used their service, they started charging me and when I try to put a stop to it and cancel my membership, they charge me for another six months there after, every time I tried to call to speak to supervisor or manager there was never anyone around to speak to and would not guarantee a callback from anybody that could help. Every time I called to get a refund or cancel the account, they were no help and gave me no answers and this headache continued for months on end until I just eventually canceled my card and got a new one. I would never recommend this business to use as they are nothing but frauds and as incompetent as they come.

    As I prepare to write this complaint today about Zen Planner, LLC, I see that many others have experienced the same disappoints I have. As a customer of Zen for more than a decade, I am grateful to finally be canceling my Zen account. Costs have increased 300% over the past 3 years and then when I did the whole 30 day cancellation notice I received an email stating my last payment would be $$$ on April 5th and they took out DOUBLE that amount. I noticed this within hours of the overcharge and called Zen to get it fixed as it was obviously an error on their behalf. I am now told that it will take 60 DAYS to reimburse me for their mistake. It took me a good 1/2 hour to find a phone number to call and complain and request for my money back and then when I did get through to someone who told me that it would take 60 days, I said this is unacceptable and I'd like to speak to a manager in accounting. I was told by ****** at Zen that the accounting department does not have a phone number. Interesting. Their services have gone downhill dramatically since they've 3rd partied out just about everything since I first joined them over a decade ago. One more thing, buyer beware, the service they use for collecting card payments mentioned that I will need to call back when my account is officially canceled because Zen will NOT contact them to let them know and Zen does not share this with the customer. The customer is charged a fee every month thereafter until the customer makes the call to cancel the monthly fees associated with them. This company ought to be ashamed of their practices.

    I have been a customer for over 10 years in which time they increase the prices around 300% before i called to cancel. They told me to go online and fill the paperwork to cancel, which I did, then saw the charge for the service again, after calling again, they said they had records of me calling but the system did not show I canceled, talking with customer service they confirmed that something must have gone wrong with their software as I clicked on what they wanted 4-5 times as i was on the phone with them. i got an email telling me to fill the paperwork again, which i did, but they told me because of their policy, i would be change one more time because I needed 30 days notice. Never mine that i had canceled over 2 months ago. They refused to refund the erroneous previous charge and changed me another month in top of that. This is how they treat a 10 year customer I hate to see what they do to new customers. There are plenty of software with the same functionality, Find one that will value you as a customer and ********************** is not it.

    Great customer care people to talk to but cant fix your problem. My credit card transactions have been in limbo for 2 and half weeks.

    I had a great experience for the 1st year with zen planner, they have a real person talk to you and help you, I knew the cost every month for the services and things were smooth. At exactly 12 months, without my knowledge they began charging me approx $400 a month for hidden fees. I did not notice these fees until they stole over $2000 directly from my business account. When I asked why this happened they said, "Sometime when you signed up there was a 25 page document in a tiny box with tiny font and you agreed to these fees. This happens all the time." They refuse to refund my money. They also said, "It is up to the client to check their account every month." All I had to do was a security questionnaire and give them my social security number. At the beginning they were emailing me about every little thing I needed to do, now they say FORGET YOU, WE ARE KEEPING THE MONEY WE STOLE FROM YOU, IT"S YOUR FAULT." I never got a notification about any of these charges.
