    When I took my car to their location the end of June 2024, I discussed with **** P that I would like to purchase PPF (Paint Protection Film). He discussed a price of $7800 previously to dropping it off. After much time going by,, according to him, he was having problems with his employees and had to do a major overhaul, they were finally able to get the job completed which was the morning of August 24th. **** P reached out to me to come get my mustang. He profusely apologized for the delay (and also had been communicating the whole time) especially since I pretty much missed the summer car show circuit. At that time, he reduced his price to $3800 which I gave him in cash. He said he would email me a receipt of the funds because his computers were down at the time. Moving forward with this inquiry, I have taken my car to a company that does similar work and they informed me that I did Not in fact have PPF on my car! This raised concerns that I was taken advantage of and I have requested a refund for not getting the product that I paid for. Commutation has all been through text message as the owner of the shop refuses to take my calls, nor has he returned any of my calls for the last week and a half. I have all of the text messages even from last summer when the car was at his location. I also have a friend that was with me for drop off and pick up and witnessed the communication and acknowledgment of the product that I asked for.
