    I had contracted this company for childcare in March of 2022. I agreed to a yearlong contract that would end the following year. However, the ******************* branch of this company has terrible service and we stopped using them shortly after making the commitment. The sitters were late, not available, or simply didn't show up. Forcing me to call out of work. Unfortunately, since I agreed to a year long term I had to pay the monthly $9.99 fee. Prior to the term ending I contacted the company to have my account deactivated and they agreed. Come ***** they did not deactivate it and increased my monthly cost. They are now charging me $19.99 a month. I called again, no answer. They will only communicate through text. I expressed my frustration and the person said they would request a refund. No refund has been given and they have charged my card for the 4th time now. I am very frustrated with their poor service and communication. I would not recommend this company to other families.
