    I bought an ********** NEW from **** **** and they threw me to Infinity for service. It has had tons of recalls, they cant get parts, Im trying to get out of the lease. THEY DONT FIX EVEN THEIR NEW CARS OR STAND BEHIND ANYTHING. They dont even know how to fix the car and it has ten thousand miles on it. Im getting an attorney.

    Do not buy a used vehicle from them as they do not stand behind their products!Please see my email to them below.The GM from ***************** called me and said they would do nothing for us as these were maintenance and not safety issues! Brakes, tie rods, cv joints and windows that don't close aren't safety issues!Hi guys We bought this van from you a little more than a month ago and it as been slowly falling apart on us.First the driver door started making a crunching sound when opening or closing, then the passenger side rear window got stuck and wouldn't go up or only after going up and down a few times partially, then the passenger window started getting stuck as well and now the driver window.Last weekend we noticed a grating sound when we drove it near a wall so we took it for inspection a few days ago and they found a lot of issues with this vehicle and said it was unsafe due to bad brakes, worn tie rods and a bad cv joint etc please see the link below...they said the brakes were installed incorrectly putting a groove in the rotors.We bought this vehicle for app $15,000 from you folks because you are a reputable dealer and told us it was inspected and nothing was wrong with it but obviously that is not true and it needs a lot of repairs to be safe to drive..This vehicle purchase was a lot of money for us so that it needs over $3000 in repairs just to make it safe to drive is a terrible reflection on your dealership and we ask that you work with us in fixing these issues quickly.Even worse you sold us a $4000 service plan which covers none of these repairs! These are some of the notes from the mechanic Front Brakes were improperly installed causing the brake hardware/wear indicator is rubbing on the rotor which has caused a groove in the rotors, recommend replacing front brakes Passenger side inner tie rod has play recommend replacing Drivers side cv axle boot is torn and slinging out its grease, recommend replacing cv axle

    The service department is the best ever!!!! As a female I feel I have been disregarded and talked down to at other car dealer service departments- but not at ***************** infinity! They are fair, not that expensive and communicate with you. I love my Infinity, but I LOVE, LOVE. LOVE ***************** Infinity Service !
