5 stars***** came by today to do 3 things: (1) replace the garbage disposal, (2) fix a bathroom sink leak, and (3) replace a worn toilet flush valve. He also replaced an aging toilet connector hose (I already had the part). This was done through my home warranty company. I was amazed how easy the whole process went. ***** was punctual, right on the dot. Pleasant. Efficient. All done at a very reasonable price.Review fromShaunna J

5 starsHighly recommend Colorado First Plumbing!!! We are selling our home and had a 2 day deadline to address some inspection issues to not lose our contract. Not only did ***** send out his team to immediately take a look but they were able to take care of the items right away! Saved us big time!!! The plumber came and said could not fix the stoppage due to the pipe being "Common" to the building, when told that it wasn't , it did not want to try and put the P-Trap pipe back, leaving a leak (there wasn't one before)
This is after waiting for a week after we did the initial call to schedule an appointment.

This person lives in a Apartment Complex. We do not snake / auger piping that are joined together to other apartments. His warranty company (American Home Shield) would not cover the repair because every sewer drain in the apartment was considered a common pipe after a joined connection. Did not take any P-trap apart and did not cause any damage. Customer is only mad because AHS would not cover repair.Colorado First Plumbing and Sewer LLC
