    Rocky start to business practices in solar panel project. Once the sale and installation was complete, the financial wheels started to fall off. Not so much to what the sales advisor said, but what wasnt said.The same as cash loan we were advised did not require a payment for one year, then turned into interest payments and rolled interest for said year. The institution actually contacted us to ensure we were aware of the discrepancy as customers associated with this business practice had been complaining to the financial institution.The sales advisor then noticed us we needed to work with an operations supervisor whom apologized for the oversight and asked we send them the accrued interest which would be covered by the company, and training would be provided in order to ensure future oversight did not occur. Perfect, right?Once contacted the company with receipts of payments and interest occurred, I was contacted again by the sales advisor asking to talk since we were looking for more money (we did receive an offered Veteran discount and referral for another home). When attempting to contact the **** voicemail is full. Attempting to contact the company, the previous operations manger has since left and likely informed you of payment and rebates to NOT have to deal with you. Interest is on you.Also informed me they did attempt to contact me by phone, I had two random missed calls and no voicemail while at work.Buyers beware.
