The business encouraged me to purchase a "package" of credits that could be used for services in the future because it would save me money as a regular customer. I purchased a package, and a relative of mine purchased a $400 gift card for me from this business so that I could purchase additional credits in the future. I used a portion of the credits I had on my account and had not redeemed the gift card when the business suddenly closed. They initially said that they were temporarily closed because of an issue with one of their systems, but they never reopened. They have not returned any phone calls regarding the return of payments that were made to them for services that were never rendered.

I purchased a gift card for my husband on December 6, 2022 in the amount of $118. We were going to be in ****** during the month of February. My husband and son-in-law made an appt online for February 4 or 5th. They drove there for their ********* to be told they were closed due to a mechanical problem. They did not bother to call them in advance to tell them ********* were not available. We have called multiple times, sent a message through ********* and also an email that was listed on a website but came back as incorrect. They would not respond to my messages u til yesterday when I left a message on the business phone and told them I was going to contact my attorney and the BBB. A man called right back and said he was an employee but could not refund my money until they reopen in March. I asked for the name of the owner and all he said was his name is ***** and he would give him a message but wasnt sure if he would call me back I want a refund as they will not be open before we have to leave to go back to ********. They just seem really sketchy and do not communicate with customers very well. Can you help me get my money back?My gift card number ************
