    Account ****** the company stated that I signed a contract from 9-3-23 to 4-30-24 which I did not. I called Chrystal S******* ********** on 6-3-24 asking her to send me a copy of this signed contract which I did not agree to. She did not call me back. Left a message for her on June 10, 2024 and June 13. Did not receive a call back. Left another message with the main number. They are charging me an extra $91.20 for an LP contract which they have no signature. The also charged me a late fee in September for $ 50.00 which was not 30 days late. They sent a lease agreement for a 1000-gallon propane tank which I have owned since I bought the home in 2005. I am cancelling the service.

    Our team members have reached out to Ms. *** multiple times via both phone call and text message, and have left voicemails as well.  We have tried contacting Ms. *** so that we can explain what the charges are and why they were generated, but she seems unwilling to converse and would rather fight and argue then come to a resolution.  In a voicemail back to our staff she told our staff to "***** off".

    We are attaching a copy of the contract that that Ms. *** signed on July 14, 2023 authorizing the gallons and price.  This is what she is being charged for.
