  I didn't get the service discussed or even remotely close. I came to this establishment to get the mouse pee and poop clean from every square inch of my vehicle. That was including anything and anywhere which was not done. I got my car back shampooed and still a bunch of mouse poop and pee in it. According to the owner all the hazardous materials were removed... Shampooing the carpet supposedly and half way cleaning under my front seats. How is this possible I ask... when there is still mouse pee and poop inside the vehicle. I asked for my money back and cause I do not trust him and the work he did. Not to mention he said it would take a week it was done in 4...... The communication has been garbage and Jon is a thief and a swindler. So look out.

  With all due respect we cut our pricing for you in half because we felt bad about the nasty smell and hazardous waste that riddled your seats and interior. Mouse urine Carry’s a greater risk of whoever inhaled or touches it of getting hantaviruses that is very harmful. We risked our health and family’s health to help you out as best as we could while giving you a 50% off discount because you had a good friend of ours send you a referral and we wanted to help you out as best as we could. Also it is a huge legal liability on our end to remove front seats per manufacturer recommendations. Removing seats it’s recommended that a dealership or certified technician do so not an automotive customization shop. We do not offer hazardous waste removal or cleaning. We did this job because you’ve state other shops said no and out of good conscience we couldn’t allow you to continue driving around with that smell in the vehicle. We have spent a little over 10hrs shampooing and steam cleaning your seats alone and remove gallons of mouse urine. We fully disinfected all plastics and steamed and shampooed the carpets as well the best we can. We made it safe for you to drive the vehicle again. We offered to fix the problem for you while offering you an added service of our top of the line paint correction with our 5 year ceramic coating for free because you were unhappy. When messaging back and fourth you’ve became very aggressive in the way you were responding so we stopped communicating. Again we’ve offered a partial refund to help ease your mind even tho we did well over what you originally paid us to do and that didn’t make you happy we offered to fix the problem and come out to you and you told us no that wasn’t good enough. We are truly sorry you aren’t happy with your service however we have tried multiple times to make things right and you kept saying it wasn’t good enough.

  Discount doesn't matter when you get crap service from the word go Jon. You didn't keep your word you and I know it and you still can't keep it. As well you've showed this just so people think you put in the effort. I've been cleaning for the past week of stuff you should have done and it has taken way more than an hour as you told me. To say you tried is a lie I stated calling your bluffs and you had nothing to back it up except I'm aggressive. Once again you're a liar and a swindler.
