Terrible terrible customer service!!! NEVER do business here. Save your money and the headache!! Let me start by saying I rented these BABY letters and paid full price for something I couldn’t even use as I was completely embarrassed of the poor condition they were in. I emailed her after my event that I would like a refund as she shouldn’t have ever rented these out to anyone. I told her she could come get them or I would like my money back. They had dents and holes that you couldn’t even see in picture. She never responded. Here we are over 6 months later and she has the audacity to withdraw an additional $310. How do you 1. Not respond to a client that paid full price for rental 2. Withdraw MORE money in May when this was rented last year in November. The disrespect!!

Per our rental agreement and the email you did send you ensured us you would return the rental that same day but failed to do so. The picture attached is not what the letters looked liked when delivered.  You have kept the item for 5 months without returning and is illegal as this is theft.  Everyday the item is not returned per the contract you owe the day rate as we are unable to rent it out.  We had full authorization to charge you for the non return of our item and per contract for a dollar amount much more than what was actually charged. I have tried to reach out to resolve this with you but unfortunately with no cooperation. If you felt uncomfortable with the item or felt it wasn’t up to your standards we should have been notified prior to the event date so we could have rectified it immediately. Contacting us after the event date has passed didn’t allow us the opportunity to rectify the situation or provide a solution for you. As a business owner we do our absolute best to ensure all items are delivered to the standard of our expectations but in the event our clients are ever not 100% satisfied we do everything in our power to ensure we find a way to resolve any issue, as part of our customer service! I am happy to continue discussing this to see how we can come to an agreement best for all parties without having to take further action per our recommendation from our legal time. We do hope we can find a solution suitable for all parties involved.

I would recommend them for wedding decor but not for event planning. I was pressured, by the owner, into writing a review for their website which I now regret, because I don’t want other brides to be deceived. I have asked her many times to delete the review that is posted on her website, and yet she refuses. You can see my review that was left on here as an additional attempt to get our review and photo off of her website. It has been months of asking her to remove it and she has not. This company decorates well, but does not have wedding planning skills as they advertise. From set up to clean it it was a disaster. She did not show up with everything that was discussed, and when asked, she told my husband "oh, that broke 2 weeks ago" - and she never let us know. From taking my flowers (to which I am still missing over $100 worth - and she blames it on a "bridesmaid" who didn't have anything to do with any flowers, EVER), to royally messing up the seating arrangement, to making my husband, husband's mother, friends, and groomsmen set up the day, and not coordinating with any of the vendors (none of the vendors knew what was going on)... I don't want the review on her website to deceive other families the way her other reviews did mine. I didn't even have it in my heart to leave a bad review, but I just didn't want to have this false review on her website anymore. I was pressured by Debra to leave the review - she texted me almost daily, and I was intimidated that if I did not leave a positive review, she would not give me my flowers back. I cannot, with a good conscious, have a review saying "Debra did an amazing job!!!!" (Which are words that I did not say - she added that on there. It was not at all my quote) when in fact she does not follow through with the services she advertises.

    Hello *****,

Thank you for complementing all the decor that I did and I apologize you felt pressured to leave a review. I know you asked if the review can be taken down and I responded with why?  I was doing this because I was hoping to find out the issue so we could resolve it.  I am glad that you found this platform to feel that you could honestly tell me the issue.  You were extremely thankful your wedding night and hugged me and said you loved everything.  When I called two days later you thanked me for being in your corner when your MIL was wanting to change what we were doing.  The vendors did know the timeline and it was followed as you wanted to take more time on photos and golden hour photos and were yelling at people it was your day and they could just wait to eat and dance.  Your MIL was upset because she spent all this money on steaks and they were going to be overdone.  The DJ was upset because he was trying to stick to the timeline but you were wanting to take picture it was your day.  Because you hired me I went with what you were asking for by telling your MIL and DJ she wants everyone to wait until she get back.  As for set up the room was not ready for us and the groom and groomsmen did help move the tables chairs, wine barelles as they were already there doing hay bales and were very kind in helping us.  No one ever said there was a issue with this just yes we would love to help. After the day you told me thank you, you left a review a month later.  You never shared any of these issues so I thought everything was great I had been the one in your corner making sure you got the day you wanted while others wanted you to change it.  It is true I have done multiple weddings and have never seen a bride want to jump off her timeline so it was hard for me but I wanted to make you happy.  I have learned from this experience and will be making sure timelines are stuck to in the future by talking about it with the bride ahead of time.  As for the flowers, you had said I bought flowers before I booked you and you can have them ad do whatever you want with them.  So I did pull them apart to make the arrangements you wanted and sprays and as you said it was beautiful.  I dd not realize you wanted the flowers back until about a month later.  I offered to pay you because I felt bad I had misunderstood but when you said you can have them and so what ever you want with them I thought that was the agreement.  As for blaming bridesmaids my comment was when we were cleaning up multiple people were grabbing flowers and centerpieces and all sorts of things.  I was not worried about it because I felt these flowers were given to me and if the bridesmaid wanted to keep something or a family member as a memento. I have no hard feeling and truly sorry you feel this way.  Your review will be removed and wish a happy marriage as I did really care for you both as we spent a year planning together.  I just wish we could of had a conversation and worked this all out but again I am glad I know what you were felling as that was never expressed to me.
