    I paid for a space in a vendor event for two days; November 18th and 19th. The event organizer canceled the second day (Sunday the 19th) and refuses to refund that amount to me. Other vendors for this event have had similar problems. Upon attempting to leave reviews on the facebook page for this issue, the vendor removed the review page entirely. I paid $115, $57.50 for each day. The vendor mentions a contract agreement to not getting a refund; I have attached the contract which makes no mention of this. I paid the $115 via my Credit Union of Colorado debit card on November 17th, I believe the tracing number is 244921633210000117384017299. I put in the address of the venue for the complaint's start. The organizer, Catherine Costisick, is listed as living at 13 N Harding Ave, Johnstown, CO 80534.

    Hello! I have attached the full contract.

    As mentioned in several emails, you were in violation of the vendor agreement by packing up before the end of the market. It is clearly stated in the contract. As also indicated in the contract, since the fee is $85/day - you were already giving a discount for this event. Additionally, as stated in the full contract - I have a no refund policy after selected dates.

    The unprofessionalism displayed during the event revoked your invitation back, therefore forfeiting your fees prior to the cancellation of the event. The actions of yourself and the other vendors present caused the cancellation of the market on the third day - therefore there will be no courtesy refund issued.

    I am rejecting this response because the attached contract applies to a two-day event, the latter day of which was canceled. It is not acceptable for a fee that applied to two days to be kept in full when only one day of the event was held, regardless of an early tear-down on the first day.

    You submitted the contract as evidence. The early tear down is a stipulation of said contract for the event without exclusions.

    All of this was reiterated in previous emails.

    I am rejecting this response because I paid for a two-day event, the second day of which was canceled by the planner. The second day should be refunded. The contract does not state anything about canceled events on the organizer's part, nor does it say anything about any refunds being forfeit from an early tear-down.
