    rip off!! First of all the secretary is never personable and appears to hate her job which makes it not an enjoyable experience from the get go. Then you make an appointment for like an 2 hrs job and they have it for days always saying they called you but refuse to leave voice mail as requested numerous times. Then I brought my own parts and they marked the parts price way up for the parts I bought!!! NO ONE HAS EVER DONE THAT TO ME BEFORE AND I'M NOT EVEN SURE THAT IS LEGAL. I also believe they are supposed to give you a written estimate which they did not quoting me two hours for labor and charged me for more without consent. Long story short; GO SOMEHWERE ELSE.
