  We hired TWG Construction in July 2020. Work began at our home the first week of September 2020. The project was supposed to take 5 weeks. The project was 2 bathroom remodels and 2 flights of hardwood stairs. We are now 2 years into the project and only about 60% of the work has been completed. He has the bulk of our money and our product. Every single day the owner sends us a text message that he is on his way. And 95% of the time he never shows. I have been home waiting for him to show up for over 2 years now. Every time we ask him about it he comes up with wild excuses about why he couldn't come, and they are always extreme. We have thousands of text messages to confirm these accusations. He never keeps his word and it doesn't seem to bother him in the least. He has also filed multiple insurance claims having to do with things that went wrong on this project. He collected the money, but the work has not been done. His conduct is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. My house has been torn apart for two years. We cannot live like this anymore. It has taken a heavy toll on us mentally, physically and financially. We ask for the money to be refunded in full, or for them to show up every single day until the job is completed. Our preference is for them to just finish. Immediately. We have tried everything we can think of, short of litigation, to get him to finish. We are asking the BBB to step in to try and reason with him to either get him to complete the job or refund our money so that we can get another contractor out here ASAP. We have been more than patient through this whole process, but we are at a point it just needs to get done. The whole situation is beyond ridiculous. This experience has been truly disheartening and I certainly want to make certain this doesn't happen to anyone else. Pictures available upon request.
