      You changed over services without my consent then bill me for it. Have your new customer pay for it. I refuse.

      Great customer service and I am very happy with the Secom router I am leasing. Seem to have better internet connection since I received the router.

      So disappointed! My husband discussed with the technician his running the cable into our home through an exciting cable entrance and snaking the cable to the location of the house where we wanted it. He indicated he could not do this and insisted he had to drill another hole into our home for $150.00. He ran an ugly black cable in the middle of our outside wall. So sad. We have 30 days to cancel if we are not happy , with no refund, and the cost of having to repair the new home in the wall he created. Be careful what you sign and agree to. Again very disappointed. We will see what the service is like. Not a good start at all.

      Horrible service, very intermittent and nowhere near the internet speeds I pay for. Every day I deal with speeds less than dial up! This has made working from home, during Covid especially, difficult! Can't even stream a movie much less any sort of gaming. Have emailed, called, everything multiple times. Never once have they sent a tech out. I even filed an informal complaint with the *** and they just check their headend equipment and say everything looks ok... obviously not if you say the equipment looks good and I should be getting higher speeds, but I immediately run a speed test and show **** Mbps!?! Obviously there is either something wrong with the secom receiver at my house or there is some type of interference, but that would require sending a tech out to check that. Good luck. I can't wait for Highline to get up and running and put these fools out of business!
