    I spoke with the technician whose name is ****, the owner of the shop is ****. They have had the keys to my car since the 26th of June they said they would come and have it fixed bythe 2nd of July,here we are on the 11th my car still does not work,when I went to pick it up today ,because **** said he was done,it still does not work,I asked him if I could see the parts he said no and then told me that my ignition needed to be changed,he had been drinking and asked me if I was accusing him of f!@#$ng up my car cause if you are were done,then he said why would I f- up your car I didn't make nothing off that!!

    We went above and beyond for this customer.

    We went to her location to try and get her truck started. We where not successful, so we hooked a tow rope and pulled her car back to our shop for further diagnosis.

    We determined that the starter was getting the voltage and signal to start. The starter did not work and we recommended replacing it.

    The customer authorized us to do that. After replacing it we tested it by applying voltage to the starter, the starter sounded good and the truck fired up and ran.

    We did it that way as this vehicle has a blow device starter defeat system on it that checks for *** before authorizing a start.

    We then asked the customer to come in and test its function when she blew into the interlock device and turned the key.

    The car started fine and she shut it off and came in and paid the bill.

    On returning to her car she blew into the *** device and turned the key, engine started and the starter solenoid stayed engaged.

    When this happens it is very noisy and spins much faster than it is designed to as the engine is now running, this ruined the new starter.

    We warrantied replaced it and advised the customer that this happened because the ignition switch was not releasing from the start position back to the run position.

    On hearing this the customer accused my tech of breaking or somehow messing with that key switch.

    That is when my technician fired her. He asked her to take her truck and have someone else help her.

    The truck needs a $25 ignition switch.

    I'm sad to say I don't even care the truth needs NO EXPLAINING! He wrote a book,explaining his lie! My car left that shop the same way it came NOT WORKING!!! 597.75  WORTH OF "BS" **** is not a licensed  mechanic ,and all they do is Drink... I'm over it I took it to A REAL LICENSED MECHANIC MY CAR IS RUNNING NOW, GOD DOES NOT LIKE UGLY AND ISNT TOO FOND OF PRETTY!
    I  know they tampered w/ the car,Because the new mechanic gave me a list of everything that was done, and not by him.

    There is really nothing to respond to. That car did not get fixed with just a starter, it needed an ignition switch. As soon as this customer started accusing us of tampering with the vehicle we "fired" her. We put two rebuilt starters on her car and the bad ignition switch was keeping the starter solenoid engaged burning up both of them. 

    This customer is completely out of control. You see that she is swearing and cussing in her complaint. My technician is ASE certified and he does not ever drink on the job! We have been open for 6 years and ****** has awarded us 4.8 stars.

    I am rejecting this response because:,they work on other cars my name is nowhere in those computer screen shots ,I don't have to lie,***** was drunk, **** even stated they have cool ones in the fridge, but truthfully NONE OF THAT IS RELIVANT,WHAT IS,IS THEY DID TAMPER W/ MY AUTOMOBILE, WHAT EXACTLY DID I PAY FOR???? MY CAR STAYED IN THEIR PARKING LIT,THEY DID NOT FIX IT LABOR HA,WHAT *****,THE TAMPERING...LORD HAVE MERCY!!!!!!!
