      I would like to issue a complaint about this business located in ********* ********* off of ***********************. They took our car in to their shop to repair a window that wouldn't roll up and the day that we got it back from them we suddenly were facing an entirely new problem that didn't exist before. And we got stuck in a parking lot with our children for over 5 hours in the middle of the night. We sent the car back in under the assurance of one of the partial owners that we wouldn't be charged for parts, and then after they fix the second problem they not only charges for parts but they charge us what seemed like extra for the entire process.All told we ended up spending almost 1000 dollars when we just went there to get our window fixed. These men operating this business are dishonest and if you look at their reviews on ****** you will see that reflected by the negative commentary that they've been getting. I believe that they have been paying other people to give positive reviews because literally one of the people that owns it gave her a view on his own service posing as a customer and giving himself five stars. These men are not scrupulous mechanics and they should be honestly taken out of business.
