    I purchased a condo in a community managed by this company in July. According to HOA Matters Management, they never received the checks from the closing on the condo and therefore have not updated their system to show that the property is now owned by me. However, the ************* shows that the checks cleared their account in early August. The title company sent copies of the checks to HOA Matters Management on August 31st, 2022. I was told that ******* is responsible for verifying the checks, updating the system, and resolving the issue. It is now September 12th, 2022 and I have not received any communication from ******* on when the issue will be resolved. I have sent numerous emails and attempted to call several times. My emails never get responded to and I my phone calls never get answered. *******'s voicemailbox is full and I cannot even leave a voicemail. I have not had access to many of the communities amenities, including: The recreation areas, the guest call box at the front gate, and have not received a welcome letter to the community. I would like for HOA Matters Management to resolve this issue so that I can have access to all of this, but I cannot get a response from them. The companies voicemail states that they work Monday through Thursday in the office and Friday from home, however, I was told that they don't work at all on Fridays. When I went into their office to find out when this would be taken care of, I was told that ******* had been too busy to get around to it. This was on Tuesday September 6th, 2022. I find that hard to believe considering they take every Friday off.

    Weve been trying to contact this office via phone, email and office visit with no success. Voicemail is full, emailed with no replies and visit to the office was ignored telling us to contact them by email cuz none of the manager was available.We are trying to settle a billing statement with them asking them to provide the original invoice that details what they are billing for but they havent. Have been an on time payer of HOA monthly assessment fees ever since living here over a decade. Just want to hear from them. Now theyre assessing late payment and additional fees.
