    TERRIBLE customer service. This company continues to charge me for a social media service that I cancelled as it was not effective. I tried to call them and they recommended that I use their email as obviously there is not a human working the phones. They promise one thing and do not deliver-- they tweaked my website which I had designed and now said that they own the website and if I cancel web hosting with them, I cannot use my own material.They are only after your money and good luck with cancelling or altering your subscription,

    I cannot more strongly recommend staying away from this horrible company. I hired them to build a website for our company and was referring them to a few associated practices. They promised to build a website within 7 days, however, they delayed that by nearly a month. Then when I cancelled the contract because of their failure to provide services on time, they tried to say that since they had already started they were keeping the money. The last email I got from there was an attack and frankly very rude. Do not do business with these people. Something else to keep in mind. You do not have access to your own site. They do not provide you full access. You pay them and they still don't give you access. They are wanting to stay in control over your business and use this as a means to control you.

    I have sent multiple requests to have an issue fixed. Sent a video of the issue. This company charges me every month. Though I have not been able to utilize the full service for months. Will not respond appropriately. Promised an issues is escalated when it is not. Follow and get general responses. No manager has ever tried to step in and assist.

    this service was recommended to me, but what a huge mistake. They are non-responsive and the copy is bad AI. They do not integrate feedback and have yet to offer real time feedback sessions even though I have asked repeatedly. And what they write about the services is like it taken from a high school class on mental health. It does not resemble in any way what my practice is, but how would they know that because they take my feedback on colors, but not content. i have asked one more time for a real session with them, but I am not hopeful. What I am hoping for is a full refund because i paid for nothing.

    Brighter Vision is not worth the investment. As a therapist you will be better off fining a host and website builder having control over your site. They hold your site hostage and do not offer any way to help with monetization or client growth. They present being a specific service to therapists but that is all they do. There is no back up and help when needed. The course they offer is basic and can be found on the internet for free. Run away as fast as you can if you are thinking about engaging in business with them. There are so many other options. Just think of yourself as a business owner vs a special business and you will find much better options.

    My relationship with Brighter Vision (BV) started on June 17, 2022. I made the salesperson aware of my needs. To be specific, I stressed that I needed an Author Site with integration of PayPal, Tax Jar, and a form like Jot Form for me to meet my goals. The salesperson said they built author sites and assured me that my request for integrations would not be a problem. I was excited and agreed that BV could start with the development of my author site. I paid the requested amount. The salesperson said the site would be complete within two weeks. I was fine with the given time because it meant I could cancel my other author site before another payment was due. I scheduled two conference calls with an orange team member to help with clarity and to speed the work up. I shared with the team members at various times that the integration of platforms was the main priority and that without the integration, I could not sell my books on my author site. At one point, there was a discussion on using a third party to do the integrations. The team sent updates to me on a couple of occasions. The content on the previews was more relevant to therapy than an author site. Members minimized my questions regarding the integrations. They gave options that would steer me away from my site. For example, one designer wrote that I could sell my books on Amazon. This attitude and behavior suggested to me one or three things (my goal was not important to them, they did not have the skills to complete, or they were just seeking financial gain). They did not hesitate to charge my card for the next months ****. I cancel my relationship with BV because the information I received before I paid the sign-up and first month fees was not true. The purchase agreement, breached by the seller, and recent reviews causes me to sense a disastrous future if I stayed connected with the company. I did not receive the contact information for owner/legal. I am requesting a refund for my loses. I would not hire.
