    I contracted with Banecks drain cleaning to remove and replace a 30 foot sewage drain pipe in my ********************************************************* condo. He took a $ ******** deposit and agreed to start on 8/3/22 at 8 am. He texted and voice mailed me excuses and did not show up until 8/5/22 at 4 PM and worked until 6 PM. He removed the toilet and jackhammered 100 lbs of cement out from under the toilet. He never even started the 30 ft trench needed to replace the drain pipe, let alone finish this task. He never returned again, except to enter my condo without my consent to retrieve his rented jackhammer. As I have this space rented to a family and needed completion quickly, I hired another vendor, who had 4 people finish this task in 11 hours. The vendor said ****** finished just 1-2% of the total job. I have pictures, timelines and correspondence to support my complaint.
