    On October 31, 2024, I entered into an agreement with ********************* on behalf of my son, for whom I signed the contract with his permission. The agreement was for the company to handle the title, plates, and a temporary driving permit for a 2018 Nissan Rogue. The total cost for the service was $1,600, with $700 paid upfront as a deposit. Per the agreement, the process was expected to take 15 days to 3 months after completing the *** inspection.Despite completing the inspection and providing all required documents, the company has failed to deliver the services within the agreed timeframe. I was instructed to leave an additional $100 and a document under their office door, which I complied with, yet no progress has been made.When I requested updates and, eventually, a refund due to delays and lack of trust in their ability to complete the job, the company became dismissive and unprofessional. They insisted on phone communication, despite my request for written updates for transparency. They later blocked me from their ******** page after I shared a truthful review about my experience, accused me of defamation, and even threatened to sue me.These actions, combined with the failure to fulfill their contractual obligations, have caused significant inconvenience and stress.Desired Resolution:I am requesting a full refund of $800 ($700 deposit plus $100 provided) due to the companys failure to meet their contractual obligations. I am seeking BBBs assistance to mediate this issue and ensure a resolution.Attachments:Contract Agreement: Shows the terms, payment details, and services promised.Text Messages: Demonstrates my attempts to resolve the matter and the companys unprofessional and threatening responses.Proof of Payment: Includes the $700 deposit and $100 provided.
