    I took my car to the shop because its one of the only shops that offers warranty work through the dealership. I got the car from. At first, they diagnose the problem with my car as needing a new engine and took at least a month to fix it after I pick the car up from the shop, the car died two blocks away from the shop. They came and diagnose the car again and said that it needed a new transmission after doing the transmission work. I picked the car up again and it died yet again driving away from the shop.

    I understand your frustration, this vehicle has had its fair share of issues.   However your dealer and warranty company (same company) are supplying all parts.  It took them one month to approve and source an engine and the transmission they supplied only lasted a day. Your issue is with YOUR warranty company and you know that.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    It doesnt matter what the warranty and dealership have to do with it. You told me it was ok to drive THREE DIFFERENT TIMES when it wasnt. You didnt even test drive it the first time because if you did it wouldnt have broken down and you didnt test drive it the second time because IT WOULDNT HAVE BROKEN DOWN AGAIN WHEN I LEFT THE **** WITH IT. You can shift blame to Carhop or on the car itself but its utter nonsense. You misdiagnosed the engine issues because it died the same exact way that it did originally when I picked it up after the engine replacement. It was clearly a transmission issue the whole time. You guys are shady. You obviously misdiagnosed the engine problems on purpose just so you could bleed the dealership dry and meanwhile waste everyones time and money and energy while you do whatever you want and take your time making money off Carhop. Its clear you guys just do whats going to make you more money.. not whats good for the customer or the dealership/warranty company. Its ridiculous. Then there is the issue of telling me that its ok to drive the car with bad motor mounts even though several people at other shops told me thats not ok. You dont give a c*** about your customers you guys are just about making money in the shadiest way possible. Im not withdrawing my complaint and I wont be any time soon. You guys deserve to go out of business, looking through all of the other complaints that others have made about you its a complete wonder you guys haven't already. Then there is the fact that you didnt even know the part was at the shop the first time I called about it, but sure blame Carhop for taking a month to source the parts. You guys are criminals. Lol

    I understand your frustration with the repairs on your vehicle. We are limited to the repairs authorized and paid for by your warranty company and to use the parts they supplied.  The vehicle is no longer in our possession and is at a transmission shop waiting for another replacement transmission to be supplied by the warranty company.  Therefore we consider the matter closed.  We do hope the next transmission will solve the issues.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    First of all a new transmission is already in and it took about three hours when you guys took a week to put in a faulty one, which Im not even so sure was faulty to begin with, it could have been fine until you potentially messed it up. 
    Second of all, you have yet to even address the issue of the fact that you never even test drove the vehicle any of the three separate times you said it was done. If you did, it would have broken down on you like it did with methree different times, and then you wouldnt have told me that it was fine or fixed. So either you didnt test drive it and check your work, or you did and you lied to me about the fact that it was done. It doesnt matter what the warranty company said or did. I have my own issues with them, so stop bringing them into this like its the reason you guys didnt do your jobs. Its pathetic.

    Again, you have yet to address any of the issues that I have with your service and all the time that I lost messing around with you guys for work that took a different shop a day. You literally had the car for over a month. Were you trying to run out the warranty? Cuz thats what it looks like from other complaints online. Theres a lot.

    I want monetary compensation for the months I wasted having my car there and being charged for tows back to the shops after they told me it was ok to drive without even test driving it.
