    Date of Transaction: September 8, 2024 Amount of Transaction: $274.65 TLV Beauty LLC displayed signage and products of Soleil Hair Tools at a kiosk operating in the ************************ in ********, ********. The salesman *****, demonstrated a Soleil flatiron on myself and daughter Jade with great results, the flatiron not only straightened, but curled hair with steam. He was a high pressure salesman and used another Soleil volumizer pro hair tool as well he described as his "lamborghini" tool. After much back and forth, Jade decided to purchase the Soleil flatiron and he threw in some freebies with the purchase including the volumizer pro, shampoo, conditioner, comb and cooling bag, however he switched the products post sale and after running my debit card, he claimed no refunds. The products didn't work once at home- they get hot but don't do anything that he claims they would. The flatiron doesn't straighten or curl and makes my hair frizzy as opposed to smooth during his demonstration. There are misspellings all over the receipt in several capacities, the phone number on the receipt is for the mall itself, not the TLV Beauty LLC company. He claimed lifetime free replacement but Soleil won't agree to the policy unless it is exclusively sold by them. Basically, he is selling unusable knockoffs. The kiosk is blatantly displayed with Soleil all over it but what he placed in the bag was Straight Ahead products with some cheaper Soleil items like a cooling bag and the plastic bag to carry the products in. I've attached photos of the prices he claims Soleil charges for its products and how he simply let those high prices go for the amount he did charge. Looking for a refund.
